RA11 Corporate Consultancy Private Limited is a corporate advisory group based in Bengaluru, working across three connected domains: legal, digital and finance. We work with founders raising funding, with companies that have outgrown the way they currently run their numbers, and with institutions that need their reporting to be genuinely dependable.

The Company
Most businesses meet their accountant, their lawyer and their systems people separately, and no two of the three quite agree. The projections say one thing, the filed accounts say another, the spreadsheet everyone actually works from says a third, and the gap only becomes a problem in the middle of due diligence when there is no time left to close it.
RA11 exists to hold all three ends. We build the financial case for a funding round, the model, the simulations and the deck. We set up and maintain the company on the record. And we fix the systems the numbers come out of. When an investor asks how a projection reconciles to the filed accounts, there is an answer, because the same team produced both.
It shows up in the ordinary work too. A pricing decision is a tax question as often as a strategy one; a reporting process nobody has looked at in three years is usually the reason a diligence request takes a fortnight to answer. We would rather fix that at the point it is cheap than at the point it is urgent.

Cap tables, valuations and personal finances stay between us. We do not publish client names or case studies without written permission, which is why you will not find any here.
